Important announcement

The RN16 Committee is pleased to announce that the Mid-Term Conference which was to take place in June 2020 in Krakow is re-arranged, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, to a new date of February 17-21, 2021.

 

Please find below the summary of fees due for different types of participation.

A. Early birds fees: Non-ESA RN16 Members - regular fee 600 PLN (142 EUR), full fee 750 PLN (180 EUR), online fee 200 PLN (47 EUR); ESA RN16 Members - regular fee 450 PLN (107 EUR), full fee 600 PLN (142 EUR), Online fee 200 PLN (47 EUR); PhD Students - regular fee 200 PLN (47 EUR), full fee 400 PLN (100 EUR), Online fee 100 PLN (23 EUR); B. After 15th Dec fees: Non-ESA RN16 Members - regular fee 700 PLN (166 EUR), full fee 850 PLN (202 EUR), online fee 250 PLN (47 EUR); ESA RN16 Members - regular fee 550 PLN (130 EUR), full fee 700 PLN (166 EUR), online fee 250 PLN (47 EUR); PhD Students - regular fee 300 PLN (75 EUR), regular fee 500 PLN (119 EUR), online 150 EUR (35 EUR). The presented prices in Euro are only estimation. Please be aware that the fee has to be in local currency (Polish Zloty, PLN). Regular conference fee includes: - conference bag; - coffee and catered lunch breaks; Full conference fee includes: - conference bag; - coffee and catered lunch breaks; - an evening social dinner on 18th June; - a visit to the Jagiellonian Museum.
